Our Happy Childcare believes that parent(s)/guardian(s) are the primary educators of their children. The role of our staff is to assist the parent(s)/guardian(s) in the care and education of each child. We believe in a strong parent/guardian/provider partnership and foster ongoing parental involvement in daily life of their children. We consider that a child's work is his play and his play is his work. Children learn through play. Play is structured to maximize a child's success and minimize failure, which allows children to meet their needs for acceptance, affection, and approval.

 

Children gain a strong sense of self-esteem and social competence through hands-on experience in a diverse, safe, and supportive environment that respects individual needs, cultures, and preferences.
